The NEAR Foundation, the Switzerland-based non-profit organization responsible for contracting protocol stewards and funding ecosystem development, has announced its new partnership with Google Cloud providing the infrastructure for NEAR Pagoda's web3 startup platform. .
According to the announcement on October 4, this new partnership will allow the provision of “technical support” to Nayyar grant recipients, by providing the platform node provider (RPC) infrastructure.
In a statement to Carlos Arena, director of digital assets at Google Gold, he said:
“Google’s infrastructure will allow Nayyar developers the means to build and expand, and the company will continue to support new products and services on blockchain-based platforms.”
Niyar Protocol, a decentralized application platform (DApp), focuses on usability between developers and users. It uses hashing technology to achieve scalability, and as a competitor to Ethereum, it is also capable of creating a smart contract and Proof of Stake (PoS).
Pagood, launched in February 2022, is a startup platform that provides Web3 developers who build on the platform a full-stack toolkit to create, run, and maintain their own Web3 or DAB projects on blockchain.
In September of this year, Google Gold struck a similar partnership with Binance, allowing startups that build products and services on Binance's "BNB" blockchain, to be able to build on Google Gold's secure, open-source infrastructure.
Additionally, Google Gold has launched a new Digital Asset team to support and evolve the blockchain ecosystem. The Digital Asset team is focused on helping Google Gold customers create and trade store value and launch new products on blockchain-based platforms.
